Hillside Holiday Cottages

Lavender Cottage

Lavender cottage is the bigger of the two holiday studio apartments. It has the same ‘boutique’ appeal and eye-catching design as its neighbouring Honeysuckle Studio.

The luxurious double bed comes with sumptuous bedding for your comfort and enjoyment. Double doors lead to the patio and its private seating area. Heating and hot water to both studio apartments is supplied by air-source heat pumps, making them warm, comfortable and environmentally friendly.

While the studio apartments are ideal for couples, there is also space for a cot or toddler’s bed, making it a great family holiday home too.

Enjoy a leisurely meal at the breakfast bar and tune into your favourite TV or radio programmes.  Lavender cottage is finished to the highest standards and tastefully decorated throughout.

Lavender cottage features a luxurious bathroom with shower and a plentiful supply of hot water, thanks to the studios’ air source heat pumps.

If cooking is your thing, you’ll enjoy the well-appointed kitchen in this luxurious holiday cottage.  With a 2-ring electric stove and full-size oven, fridge, coffee grinder and toaster, you’ll be able to potter in the kitchen to your hearts content!  And because you won’t want to wash up when you’re on holiday, the Lavender holiday studio comes equipped with a dishwasher too!

Each studio has its own private patio with table and chairs: perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day.  As you might expect from the names of the holiday cottages, honeysuckle and lavender are grown in the gardens, adding a sensory appeal to the holiday studios.

Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, this holiday studio offers a fabulous countryside retreat with walks in abundance. It is in easy access of the motorway and the perfect location to enjoy a holiday in the Cotswolds.

The studio cottages are situated in 3.5 acres of private grounds.  Tents can also be pitched in the grounds, making the studios suitable for larger groups.  The owner regrets camping facilities are only available as part of a holiday studio rental.
